I read an article on Yahoo News about "Medallion Greens CBD". It claimed an incredible improvement to your memory. The article appeared to be legit but it seemed too good to be true so I decided to perform a search for it. I found the largest number of scam sites that I have ever seen in my life for this product, all of which make false claims and false endorsements by famous people. Some of the sites even say Scam Alert but are just another scam site. I did find 2 videos that do identify it as a scam. One of the videos indicated that other products use this same tactic but this is the first I have ever seen. This is the list of google hits I found:

Is it possible many of them are simply resellers of the original, with each making various claims designed to help sell product? Some of them seem to say the below, for example:

"Medallion Greens CBD Gummies" is an excellent option for treating various conditions, including severe pain, sleeplessness, and psychological disorders.

AFAIK those are fairly standard-type claims for potent cannabis products, so...¯\_(ツ)_/¯


That said, I think the seemingly growing number of scams in the States are at least partly a result of late-stage capitalism, which leads to such things as artificial increases in product cost and a growing wealth divide overall. Unfortunately, via unchecked lobbying and other under-the-table deals, the biggest players tend to creep in to political scenes, worsening the rights and living situations for the middle and lower economic classes. A vicious cycle as it were.

The food industry for example found that during the pandemic, they were able to raise food prices and/or shrink portion sizes far above the actual inflation rate.

In the interests of not trying to start a political war, I'll leave you to guess which national party would have tended to regulate such scams (if they had enough votes), and which tended to gleefully take the money and run.

That's ridiculous, everyone knows that the only medical use for cannabis is to cure cancer and COVID.

I think there may a little truth behind CBD being used for pain from arthritis. At least, quite a few elderly people like it. There is a limited amount of studies that support it for topical applications although I think some take it orally.

Well, the primary site in your google search is evidently a legit business run out of Amsterdam and doesn't seem to have malware or anything like that:

But there's a disappointing amount of 3rd party reviews, so no real reason to use this product when one can shop more verifiable places.

Btw, Amazon came up 2x in your original google search as a reseller, and Amazon itself has become increasingly sketchy in terms of shipping products from 3rd party sources instead of their own warehouses.

So in that case Amazon's sort of combo of being scammy, led by the principle of "enshittification," meaning that once an establishment reaches a peak of quality and reliability, shareholders & execs tend to find ways to artificially increase growth, lowering the quality of the original over time.

I just picked up some "Rude Boi OG" 32%
These names crack me up.
I once got some called "Cheetah Piss".
Not sure what real cheetah piss tastes like, but if it tastes like this herb, I am going to start hunting for cheetahs! lol
I still have some called "Birthday Cake", and will partake to help celebrate Pinball Nirvana birthday!!

Hmm, I've had some Indica called "Captains Cake," which was high in THC and low in CBD. I wonder if it's a side strain.

I'd probably be in to this stuff a lot more if not for the fact that the herb tends to make me tense and heightens my paranoia a touch, altho at the same time it does boost my creativity.

Still, I'm pretty much just a noobie. I haven't tried nearly enough of the stuff to see if there're strains which suit me better. (maybe ones more on the sativa & CBD side?)

I am basically the same.
When they legalized it here, I always bought the OG Kush, as it tasted great and was very potent. Over 30%.
I was paying 200 for an ounce.
I did this for a couple of years.
Then one time they didn't have my OG Kush, so I started trying others.
I really didn't go by the names, but if they were over 30%, I would try it.
Then I found a section where they have sales.
Now I get an ounce for 80 dollars, and it is over 30%.
They still have not had any OG Kush come in since!
But I was thankful to find the sales on other brands because of it!!

I wouldn't mind trying the Critical Kush, Kushberry, Bubble Kush, and the Kings Kush!

My best friend from California just came up and visited yesterday.
He bought a machine that automatically trims, and dries too I think!
He showed me videos of it in action, and I have to say it is amazing!
I think it uses CO2.
He brought a few gifts also!
