Default Firefox personas

Just thought I'd inform all, that there is a new firefox add on available to make your browser even more beautiful...

Personas are lightweight, easy-to-install and easy-to-change "skins" for your Firefox web browser.

http://www.getpersonas.com/

What's more if you have umber graphic skills you can make your own customised skin....mmmm, a pinball skin would be rather a nice addition, hint, hint...

Dunno about that Nic, perhaps...though this is new to me, open sourced, customisable and in beta at the moment, though I've had no issues with it, even when using a custom theme at the same time.

Actually this is a 'relaunch' of an addon that existed for quite a while already. I tried it three days ago and was rather disappointed. It merely lays a single picture across the control bars, and to be honest, most of what they offer either looks crap or is crap. (Like blue letters on blue background, etc..) I myself definitely prefer skins,...

(Many others do seem to like it though so maybe i just have an odd kind of taste,...)

How could or would you be able to do this otherwise, so merely, how else?

Either way, like I've already stated, no issues at all here, with my merely added theme and other add-ons, oh and most of what 'they' offer are not that at all, these are customised 'overlays' made by individuals and uploaded for all to try.

Most indeed are not to my taste either, then again, those few I do like, look great to me and if I had more skills in the graphics creation field I'm sure I'd find the option of a custom 'overlay' to create and share with others a great thing.....as many others know.

By skinning the elements individually?

Still Personas does have potential,...if only there were better images for it. Perhaps we should try to make a really nice PN banner or something like that? I have PS2 installed and would be willing to try, but id need a few ideas since im not really good at conceiving graphics for a 'predetermined' theme. For instance; the sign in my sig was made from scratch too but the result was in no way 'planned', its simply the result of playing around with different parameters and effects. (Except for the lighting, that was added as intended.)

That's pretty cool actually. Though I hardly ever use FF for one and for two I already use the Zelda theme.
