Help with a broken Gottlieb World Football please

Hi all,

I've just bought my first pinball (broken). I seem to now have power and some things work but I just cant seem to get any farther.

1. No front buttons work
2. Coin mech doesn't register coins
3. 1 light on playfield, nothing else
4. no startup tests

I cant use any test modes because the buttons don't work. Its almost like its missing an entire power rail, but Im not that skilled to be able to locate it. Ive check all the fuses with a meter and replaced 2.

Double check fuse F6. It should be a 10 amp slow blow. If this fuse is shot you will not get the 20 volt line to the driver board and your switches and lamps will not work.
